Job Description
As a Seasonal Associate at Famous Footwear, you'll provide excellent customer service, maintain store operations, and work as part of a team to achieve sales goals. You'll be a brand ambassador, knowledgeable about shoes and passionate about helping customers find the perfect fit.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
  • Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed
  • Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
