Job Description
As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you will provide a welcoming environment and create engaging customer experiences by sharing knowledge of trends and offering personalized service. You will be responsible for ensuring daily store tasks are completed, championing the Famous culture, and driving sales to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
  • Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
  • Independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers
  • Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
