Job Description
As a Seasonal Associate at Famous Footwear, you will provide the best shoe store experience for every customer by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel loyal to the store, its brands, and the company. You will also be responsible for daily store tasks, championing the Famous culture, and elevating store performance to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
