Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive relationships within store
  • Ability to communicate positively with store associates
  • Independent judgment and discretion in partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers
  • Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
