Role Overview

The Seasonal Non-Exempt Hourly Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities in a high-paced manufacturing environment during peak season. This role provides direct leadership to production teams, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement targets are consistently met.

What You Will Do

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback, training, and performance guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, or similar process improvement methodologies a plus.
