  • Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
  • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
  • California Food Handlers Certification required.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Full time availability required with no restrictions for Spring Break and the Summer Season through Labor Day.
