Role OverviewWantable is looking for positive and energetic Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center during our busiest time of year: Cozytober! The Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, and processing returned orders during the fall months as assigned.
What You Will Do
Read and interpret printed pick tickets, digital packing slips, and RF scanner screens to locate items. Pick and pack customer orders. Replenish inventory in picking bins. Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition. Process Reverse Shipments in an efficient manner.

Requirements
- Basic literacy skills, including the ability to read, match, and interpret numbers, codes, and words quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to detect discrepancies between orders and physical inventory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Fulfillment Center Leadership.
- Motivation to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Capacity to work well with others.
- Adaptability: Can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with some required Saturday overtime as needed.
