Role OverviewThe Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer supports event execution by safely delivering, installing, and picking up rental equipment at client locations. This is a hands-on role that combines driving responsibilities with loading, unloading, setup, and removal of event products.
What You Will Do
Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and Bright policies, complete assigned delivery, pickup, and transfer routes accurately and on time, perform required vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns, and install and dismantle event equipment.

Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate commercial vans, pickup trucks, flatbeds, and box trucks up to 24 feet
- Ability to pass applicable background and driving record requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Strong communication skills when working with clients, Dispatch, and other Team Members
- Ability to follow routes, installation instructions, and company safety procedures
- Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
- Ability to begin and end assigned shifts at the designated Bright warehouse
- Ability to work outdoors and at event sites in varying weather and site conditions
