The right person should be familiar with mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards. The role offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences.

Requirements

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
