Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator

Performs basic grain elevator operations duties, including receiving grain, accurately weighing and grading, and maintaining facility and equipment. Tentative start date is 9/15/2025.

What You Will Do

Accurately weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain, enter required fields in scale computer, and perform routine inventory measurements and monitor grain quality.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have a basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling, as well as the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
• Accurate weight and inventory measurements
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work as a team member
• Clear communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Valid driver's license
