Job Description
The Houston Zoo is seeking a Seasonal Guest Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to zoo guests. The representative will be responsible for selling tickets, assisting guests, and monitoring the zoo environment to ensure a safe and secure experience for all.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • One to Three Months relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Ability to partner across teams and with all levels of staff
