Job Description
The Guest Services Host provides warm, efficient arrival and departure experiences for all guests, supporting valet, bell, and driveway operations. This role requires consistent guest engagement, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage (up to 75 lbs) for extended periods
  • Strong communication and guest-service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
