Job Description
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. This includes conducting inspections, restocking supplies, prepping for arrivals, and responding to in-market issues. You'll work in a fast-paced, intense environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and review scores.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing throughout the day
  • Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
  • Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
