Role OverviewThis position provides HR support to geographies within their scope of responsibility, requiring close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. The role involves managing employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include promoting effective relationships between HR and Operations partners, recruiting organizations, external customers, and peers; composing clear communications of HR processes, changes, or updates; promoting organizational change and cultural transformation; and developing effective tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and create solutions to meet HR initiatives.

Requirements
