Job Description
The In-Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for delivering seamless and personalized dining experiences for guests by accurately recording and processing orders, offering menu suggestions, and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements
Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone, ensuring accuracy and clarity in order details.
Provide menu recommendations and accommodate guest dietary requests when possible.

Process payment transactions, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of amenities and special requests for guest rooms.
