Job Description
The Seasonal Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items, conducting inventories, and ensuring sanitary and well-maintained food preparation areas. The role involves leading small culinary teams, cooking proteins to pre-determined temperatures, and adjusting preparations for flavor and presentation. The position is expected to end on or around October 31st, 2026.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Able to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
  • Ability to cook and direct a banquet up to 100 with a help of a small team
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
