Job Description
Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination by Hyatt is seeking individuals with unmatched service to work as Server Assistants in a seasonal role. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience, with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Requirements

  • Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
  • Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
  • Fold napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.
  • Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests and cross-training, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
