As a Seasonal Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for loading and unloading grain products, performing maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities, and probing incoming trucks. You will work under general supervision, carrying out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include loading and unloading grain products, performing maintenance tasks, probing incoming trucks, and controlling and monitoring all load out functions. You will also be responsible for delivering products to customer sites, keeping work areas clean and safe, and performing grounds maintenance.

Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
