Role OverviewCHS SunBasin is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support daily facility operations in Othello, WA. This role involves general labor duties such as cleaning, sweeping, grounds and facility maintenance, as well as assisting with weighing and dumping trucks and preparing them for loading and unloading. The position plays a key part in maintaining a safe, organized work environment while supporting inventory handling and overall operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include carrying out general labor responsibilities, working with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks for loading/unloading, loading and unloading agricultural inputs from trucks, and monitoring and maintaining quality of inventory.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
