Job Description
The Operations Team Leader assists with the day-to-day operations of the ride and clean up department, leading and supervising daily in-park operations, and providing superior service to guests.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years of age.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience within the department.
  • Previous management and/or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math, count, and be organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures.
