Role OverviewAs a Sales Professional, you deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through conversation, creating a human connection with customers. You will actively circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, and support the shopping experience.
What You Will Do
Create an in-store experience, build customer relationships, and participate in merchandising and operational requirements. You will also work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical ability to stand/walk, reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 25lbs
