Job Description
The Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement: 'To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management.
