Job Description
The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by creating a most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by Store Management.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
  • Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
  • Recognize recruiting opportunities and maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times creating a positive floor culture.
