The Specialist I will interview patients, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, identify patient financial responsibility, collect copays, and ensure required authorizations are identified. They will also complete patient registrations accurately and efficiently, and collaborate with clinical staff and external partners to support patient access and financial services.
