Role OverviewAs our Seasonal Pickleball Professional, you’ll provide engaging instruction, support programs and events, and help create an exceptional racquets experience for our members. This is a Seasonal Position through May 31, 2027. Join a team where passion, professionalism, and service excellence come together.
What You Will Do
Lead private and group pickleball lessons. Assist with clinics, tournaments, and social events. Support daily court and Pro Shop operations. Maintain accurate records of lessons and clinics. Assist with racquet restringing, re-gripping, and repairs. Support court maintenance and ensure facilities are ready for play.

Requirements
- Experience teaching pickleball to juniors and adults.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pickleball programs and court operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Pickleball certification required.
