Role OverviewThompson Palm Springs is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Seasonal Server (PM) to join the Lola Rose Grand Mezze team. As a PM Server, you will create unique experiences, set the tone for nightly service, and engage in conversation to create the restaurant experience. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
What You Will Do
Other duties include general restaurant preparation, side work, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role with a budgeted rate of $16.90 plus additional gratuity. The right candidate will display full menu, food, beverage knowledge, and Riverside County's Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
Requirements
- Strong dinner service experience in upscale dining
- Wine, cocktail, and food knowledge preferred
- Organized, calm under pressure, detail oriented
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Must display full menu, food, beverage (Liquor, wine, beer & NA Bev), allergen and product knowledge
- Riverside County's Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
- Must be over the age of 21
