As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will engage with customers in a fun, fast-paced environment while assisting with pool and spa product sales and supporting daily store operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills, including percentages
  • Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting goals
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for 4–9 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs (up to 75 lbs with equipment)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
