Role OverviewLids Sports Group is a licensed sports retailer that fuels fandom. As a Seasonal Sales Help, you will be the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand, fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of customers.
What You Will Do
Generate revenue, maintain store appearance, control expenses, and support company policies. You will also engage in store maintenance, manage inventory, and assist with product counts.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
- Ability to constantly stand on shift
- Ability to frequently walk on shift
- Ability to frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel
