Job Description
As a Seasonal Pool Server at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, you'll provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests enjoying our lively pool areas, elevating their experience through personalized recommendations, genuine interactions, and prompt attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate service of food and beverages to guest's poolside
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Recommend selections to guests based on preferences and seasonal highlights
  • Engage guests with casual, friendly conversation to enhance their poolside experience
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool service area before, during, and after service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with local and resort regulations
  • Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate weights
