Role OverviewThis is a seasonal store role at Michaels in Clermont, FL, focused on delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop, and ensuring a fast checkout experience. The role involves truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards.
What You Will Do
Help customers locate products and provide solutions, execute cash handling and checkout processes, engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, perform SISO and AD set duties, and support shrink and safety programs.

Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred. The role requires standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, and lifting heavy boxes.
