Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations and success of the Stillwater Spa at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino.

Requirements

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise licensed therapists and spa front desk colleagues
  • Maintain treatment and retail inventory, monitor usage, and place supply orders as needed
  • Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
  • Respond to guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
