We are seeking a Seasonal Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations and success of the Stillwater Spa at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and spa management experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations
  • Hire, train, and supervise spa team members
  • Lead daily opening and closing procedures, payroll tracking, and service commission reporting
  • Maintain treatment and retail inventory
  • Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
  • Respond to guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and wellness
