Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations and success of the Stillwater Spa at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe for the high season. The ideal candidate will have experience in spa management and a strong track record of achieving operational and financial goals.

Requirements

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise licensed therapists and spa front desk colleagues
  • Lead daily opening and closing procedures, payroll tracking, and service commission reporting
  • Maintain treatment and retail inventory, monitor usage, and place supply orders as needed
  • Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
  • Respond to guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and wellness
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed
