Job Description
As a Steward at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the culinary operation, ensuring a seamless and safe dining experience for guests and team.

Requirements

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all hotel kitchenware
  • Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment
  • Remove trash and recyclables and ensure kitchen and stewarding areas are clean, organized, and safe
  • Restock supplies and assist with food preparation support
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams
  • Provide courteous service and assistance
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 lbs)
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
