Job Description
Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as part-time fixed employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand, Door, or as an Usher.

Requirements

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations
  • General cleaning duties
  • Compliance with company dress code
  • Operating POS system
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Up selling/Suggestive selling
  • Complying with food safety laws
  • Abide by all federal and state laws
  • Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current
  • Reading and understanding training materials
