Role OverviewDeliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and maintain store recovery standards. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes. Assist with Omni channel processes and shrink and safety programs.
What You Will Do
Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences, engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and educate customers on Voice of Customer survey. Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Retail and/or customer service experience preferred. Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes. Must be at least 16 years old.
