Job Description
Family Farm and Home is a family-owned and operated company that needs a Seasonal Team Member to provide outstanding customer service and assist with product merchandising, register assistance, and store management. The position is temporary, with varying hours from February 1st to July 31st, with an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and availability.

Requirements

  • Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information to customers
  • Assist with product merchandising, register assistance, and store management
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
  • Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Participate in daily store maintenance
  • Complete register training and assist with register operations
  • Follow all Family Farm and Home and OSHA guidelines for a safe work environment
  • Aid customers in locating merchandise and loading merchandise into vehicles
  • Support selling initiatives and assist with BOPIS orders
  • Contribute to store closing duties and a positive working environment
