Job Description
Family Farm and Home is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to provide outstanding customer service and assist with product merchandising, register assistance, and store maintenance. The position is temporary, with varying hours, from February 1st to July 31st, with an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and availability.

Requirements

  • Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the daily maintenance of the store.
  • Follow all Family Farm and Home and OSHA guidelines for a safe work environment.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and with register operations.
  • Support selling initiatives and assist with BOPIS orders.
  • Complete store closing duties and contribute to a positive working environment.
