Job Description
Family Farm and Home is a family owned and operated company seeking a seasonal team member to provide outstanding customer service and accurate information to customers. The position is a temporary position with varying hours, effective from February 1st to July 31st, with an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and given availability.
Requirements
Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
Complete register training, understand all forms of payment related operations, and assist with the register as needed.
Follow all Family Farm and Home and OSHA guidelines for a safe work environment.
Conscious of shoplifting activity.
Aid customers in locating merchandise in store and on the Family Farm and Home website as well as loading merchandise into vehicles.
Supports Family Farm and Home selling initiatives, i.e. loyalty program, private label credit card, item of the month and protection plans.
Assist in fulfillment and loadout of BOPIS (Buy Online Pick Up In Store) orders.
Assist in the completion of store closing duties.
Contributes to a positive working environment for all team members.
