Family Farm and Home is a family-owned company based out of Michigan with 71 retail locations. We cater to customers' needs by supplying a wide variety of products. Our team members are dedicated to providing incredible product values and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information to customers
Assist with product merchandising, register assistance, and support store management team
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards
Complete register training and understand all forms of payment related operations
Follow all Family Farm and Home and OSHA guidelines for a safe work environment
Aid customers in locating merchandise in store and on the website
Support Family Farm and Home selling initiatives
Assist in fulfillment and loadout of BOPIS orders
Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members
