Processes a variety of customer transactions at a teller window, recognizing customer needs and recommending products, services, or assistance of other bank employees or departments to deliver a superior level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of bank products and services
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products
  • Ability to participate in bank's referral program
  • Operate and balance a terminal and cash drawer daily
  • Accept and process various transactions
  • Participate in required training courses
  • Flexibility with work schedules and willingness to work in multiple branches
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer business and personal information
