Processes customer transactions, recognizes customer needs, and recommends products and services to deliver superior customer service.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of bank products and services
Ability to recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products
Participate in bank's referral program and utilize technology and/or programs to show results
Operate and balance a terminal and cash drawer daily
Accept and process various transactions, including savings, checking, loan payments, and cash withdrawals
Maintain customer information confidentiality and comply with FNB Security Policy and Procedures
Work in a team environment and complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA and Anti-Money Laundering procedures
