Job Description
Preiss is seeking a Seasonal Turn Help - Maintenance to work on a part-time basis at The Collective at Clemson. The successful candidate will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including picking up grounds and trash, removing trash and belongings from vacant apartments, and performing light plumbing repairs.

Requirements

  • Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and fingers
  • Ability to bend, stop and crawl
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs
