Job Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) is recruiting for three (3) Seasonal Workers. These positions will report to the Mulcahy Campus in Meriden at 294 Colony Street. Work will consist of landscaping, light building maintenance and custodial duties at DESPP troops and buildings throughout the state.

Requirements

  • Landscaping, light building maintenance, and custodial duties
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must maintain a healthy work/life balance
  • May be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
  • Background investigation, including fingerprint supported state and federal criminal history record check, required
