We are seeking a SEC Reporting Analyst to support public company financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and technical accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • SEC reporting experience for a U.S.-listed public company
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
