Role OverviewResponsible for preparing external financial reporting filings with the SEC, preparing and maintaining accounting for technical accounting or compliance areas, and other ad hoc accounting analysis.

Drafts SEC filings, prepares financial statement reporting schedules, performs accounting research, and assists in preparing technical accounting analysis.

Requirements
- CPA highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- +2 years of experience with a public accounting firm on public company clients (or SEC filers)
- Experience with Workiva and equity accounting software a plus
- Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Detail oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
