Job Description
The Hyatt Place Experience seeks a Second Assistant Manager to contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position will oversee the housekeeping, front office and food and beverage departments and have a hands-on approach to managing the quality of customer service and guest suite cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience
  • 1-2+ years experience working in a guest service oriented Food & Beverage establishment
  • College degree
  • Intermediate word and excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
  • Strong organizational, project management and detail orientation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do positive attitude
