Job Description
Organizes and implements resident services and programs, provides information and assistance to residents, and manages various tasks such as package deliveries and amenities.

Requirements

  • Greet prospects and residents, answer phone calls, and assist with service requests
  • Maintain guest suite schedule, manage loading dock and elevator schedule, and ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition
  • Manage package deliveries, maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services, and assist with resident activities and programs
