What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise and provide direction to warehouse employees on second shift, coordinate daily warehouse activities, monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance, and coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to established expectations.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing business needs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology
