Job Description
Join the State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (DOT), as a Secretary 2 in the Division of Construction Operations, Material Evaluation and Specification Unit (MESU). This full-time position requires 3 years of experience above the routine clerk level in office support or secretarial work, and involves a range of secretarial duties, including typing, filing, correspondence, report writing, and office management.
Requirements
Three (3) years of experience above the routine clerk level in office support or secretarial work
One (1) year of experience as a Secretary 1 or its equivalent
College training in the secretarial sciences may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of two (2) years
